“My Story” with Martin Petrov
The former Bulgarian national team player Martin Petrov is the second guest on “My Story” – the joint production of Sportal.bg and Bulgarian Football Shirts. One of the most beloved Bulgarian players of the new millennium did not hide his emotions at being “reunited,” years later, with the shirts he wore throughout his illustrious career.
Martin looked back on his early years at Botev (Vratsa) and his dream transfer to CSKA, the matches against Servette, and his subsequent move to Geneva, where he is still loved and respected by the fans today.
The “Supersonic” also recalled his years at Wolfsburg, where he made history by scoring four goals in 17 minutes against Jürgen Klopp’s Mainz 05.
