Levski Sofia shirt worn by Hristo Yovov in the second half of the 2005/2006 UEFA Cup group stage clash against Heerenveen (2:1). Game played at Abe Leenstra stadium on December 14, 2005. The Dutch side scored their game winning goal in the last seconds of the match. Shirt was acquired from the personal collection of Heerenveen's kitman at the time. Fun fact is that shirt worn by Yovov during the second half of the game was without the UEFA Cup badge which is different from the shirt he wore when he started the game. Despite their loss in the Netherlands, Levski Sofia advanced to the knockout stage of the tournament and went on to reach the quarterfinals where "The Blues" were defeated by the German side Schalke 04. The former Bulgarian International attacking midfielder went on to make 306 appearances for the club, scoring 77 goals. Yovov is 3 times champion of Bulgaria with Levski (2006, 2007, 2009) and has won the League Cup on 3 occasions (1998, 2005, 2007). He was capped 29 times for the Bulgarian national team, scoring 5 goals.
