

Juventus shirt worn by Valeri Bojinov during the 2006/2007 season. The former Bulgarian International forward joined the Italian giants on loan from Fiorentina as part of the deal that brought Adrian Mutu to Firenze. Bojinov went on to make 18 appearances for the club, scoring 5 goals. Juventus won Serie B title and made their return to the top flight of Italian football after being kicked out of Serie A a year earlier due to the "Calciopoli" scandal. Bojinov made his debut for the Bulgarian national team at UEFA Euro 2004 in Portugal. On 22 June, he came on as a substitute in the 1:2 loss against Italy. Throughout his career Bojinov earned 43 caps for Bulgaria, scoring 6 goals.
