The former Bulgarian International right back went on to make 121 appearances for the club in the period 2009-2014, scoring 7 goals. Manolev won the Dutch League Cup with PSV in 2012. He earned 51 caps for the national team in the period 2008 - 2018, scoring 5 goals. Manolev is champion of Bulgaria with Ludogorets (2019).
