Al Ahed shirt worn by Martin Toshev during the 2018/2019 season. The Bulgarian striker had a successful spell at the Beirut side winning a domestic double - the Lebanese Premier League and the FA Cup as well as winning the Asian Football Confederation Cup (AFC Cup). Toshev went on to score 10 goals in 14 appearances for the side. In 2008, he also won the Bulgarian Supercup with CSKA Sofia.
