Republic of Ireland shirt issued to Tony Cascarino for the 1994 FIFA World Cup in the United States. The Irish advanced to the knockout stage by finishing second in Group E, where, curiously, all four teams finished with 4 points and the same goal difference. Because of scoring 1 goal less than Eire and Italy, Norway were eliminated from the competition. Another fun fact is that Eire played only one match of the tournament wearing their home green shirt - against Italy. The central forward Cascarino made 1 appearance for his country at the Finals, in the Round of 16 2:0 loss to The Netherlands. The former Millwall, Aston Villa, Celtic, Chelsea and Olympique de Marseille was capped 88 times for Republic of Ireland throughout his career, scoring 19 goals.
