Aston Villa shirt issued to Stiliyan Petrov for the 2007/2008 season. The former Bulgarian International midfielder went on to make 219 appearances for the club, scoring 12 goals. Petrov is 4 times champion of Scotland with Celtic Glasgow (2001, 2002, 2004, 2006) and has won both the FA Cup (2001, 2004, 2005) and the League Cup (2000, 2001, 2006) on 3 occasions each. Petrov & Celtic are UEFA Cup runners-up to Porto in 2003. Stan has also won the Bulgarian League title with CSKA Sofia in 1997, adding to his record 2 more League Cups with "the reds" (1997, 1999). Petrov was voted Bulgarian Footballer of the Year award in 2003 and is Bulgaria's all-time most-capped player with 105 appearances for the side. He was part of the squad at the 2004 European championship in Portugal.
