


Spain shirt worn by Miguel Angel Nadal in the 1998 FIFA World Cup group stage clash against Bulgaria. Game played in Lens on June 24 and resulted in a 6:1 victory for the Spaniards. Nadal played full 90 minutes. La Furia Roja finished third and did not advance to the knockout stage. Nadal began and ended his career with Mallorca, but his greatest achievements came whilst at Barcelona during the so-called Dream Team era, winning numerous domestic and continental titles but most notably the European Cup in 1992. Over 19 seasons, he played 493 matches (463 of those in La Liga). A part of the Spain national team's setup during the 1990s and early 2000s, Nadal represented the nation in three World Cups and Euro 1996. He earned 62 caps for his country.
